Some know her as Mrs. Davis, while others as Mrs. English. Regardless of which name, she has proven to be an excellent teacher. Mrs. English has been teaching at Licking Heights for two years. Mrs. English originally wanted to become a teacher to show students that English doesn’t always have to be boring. She wanted to help others share her love for the subject. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and adventuring with her dog, Annie, and her two cats, Kitty and Moon. Mrs. English explains one of the hardest parts about teaching: there is always more work to do. Despite the challenges of being a teacher, Mrs. English explained how her favorite memory from teaching was at this year’s pep rally. She talked about how she had so much fun dancing and bonding with her colleagues. When asked about what she would want to tell her students, she responded with how she believes in us. Mrs. English works really hard to help each and every one of her students, so if you see her make sure you give her a thanks!
