On homecoming night, Saturday October 4th, 2025, students arrived at 7pm sharp at Licking Heights high school to attend one of the most exciting events of the school year. From excitement in the hallways during Hoco Spirit Week to the remaining moments on the dance floor, the night created memories for the students in ways they couldn't forget. Many students had a great time and had positive interactions. “This year’s homecoming was amazing,” is what sophomore Marisa Seidu said when asked about her experience. She also added “The decorations were beautiful and the music kept everyone dancing all night.”

Other people were just happy to be dressing up and taking pictures with friends, having a great time without really being at the event. Not all feedback was super positive. A few people said the music could have had a better range for other peoples music taste, and some were even hoping the event lasted a bit longer. Still, the place was filled with  laughter, and positive energy. Homecoming continues to be a highlight of students' lives every year. Giving students a break from academic work  to celebrate friendship, school spirit, making new friends and memories.
